Default Clutch ball on block side

Is there a big block specific clutch ball for the block side of the bell crank? I see two listed in the online catalogs, but not sure if there is difference!

Correct and I am sure that has to do with the throw and the difference in distance between the block and frame

The z bar is different. I just bought a clutch pivot for my spare motor. There wasn't anything special about it. 67-72 gm part #: 3866568. AIM UPC 7 C3

It probably has something to do with the BB motor being 'offset' to the pass side...thus requiring a longer z/bar to make up the difference.
