Default CONTROL ARM ASSEMBLY

WHEN THE UPPER & LOWER CONTROL ARMS WHERE PUT TOGETHER AT THE FACTORY WHERE THEY PAINTED AND THEN ASSEMBLED OR ASSEMBLED THEN PAINTED ALSO WHAS THE EDGE OF THE ARMS NATURAL AS THEY DIPED THEM WHEN PAINTED THANKS FOR ANY HELP HERE

Assembled then painted the bushings should have paint as well as the large metal washers retaining the bushings.
