Default Orange Peeler header mufflers?

Never seen these. I bet they are 'a little' loud!

I've never seen them before either.

I'll bet they ARE loud.

They may be loud , but I bet the inside baffle diameter is more like 1 3/4" max. . Maybe even
1 5/8" as most of these period mufflers are.
Notice the Small 2" exit is designed for the pipe to slip over the nipple. . A 2" nipple as seen here is less than 1 7/8"

They Look Cook as Hell. Sound is crackly loud
But These are "Choker pipes" , Choking tons of horsepower..

Ok. Ok,
I was so wrong. ...I called him, he said they're huge inside. ... 3" straight through with only the nipple being 2" .....

Sound is almost like no muffler. Had a friend that put a pair on his Roadrunner.

Good, that's more like it.
...Open headers with 40" collectors . .luv it.
I have options now. . Header mufflers with downturns or 45° exit in front of the rear tires.. ..
3" head pipes back to the Peelers with over the axle pipes and stock looking tail pipes
(I have a Cyclone Duals Kit with '69 Paper work.)
The Cyclone glass packs were so small inside a Flathead would a puked.

Thanks for Posting these ....what comes around goes around
