Default 69 Chevelle Black Bucket Headrest

I need one, I believe both sides are interchangeable, correct me if I'm wrong. Needed for my 69 L-78, the only thing it needed thanks to Tony's great care of the car.

thanks,

Dave, I totally forgot that the drivers side head-rest had a crack in it when we talked about the car. Tell you what, when you find one, send me the bill and I'll cover it. I hope all is well and the car is still running great.

The headrest for bucket seats have the two round poles that attach it to the seat where as a bench seat headrest has one flat peice of metal the attachs it to the seat correct? I'm asking because I have a mint set of black headrest with the one flat peice of steel on each headrest!

Tony,

That is very standup of you but totally unnecessary. I bought a car sight unseen based on your description, and backed up by Jerry MacNeish. I couldn't be happier, it was better than expected, perfect black paint, and priced very fair. I think the only issues with the car was the headrest and one backup lightbulb burned out. I could only be so lucky on any future purchase. I was extremely pleased when it rolled off the truck.
I plan on keeping the car forever, my oldest daughter Marisa called dibs on it much to the consternation of my youngest daughter Breann. Guess she will have to settle for my 70 LS6 if I ever get it done.
Mike, sounds like the headrests you have are bench, I know because my LS6 is a bench seat car.

Still looking for a black bucket seat headrest....I haven't been on here much the last 9 months due to starting up a business while working a full time job. Haven't taken the car out but a few times, love it, drives awesome.
Thanks for the comments.

Don,

I don't expect anyone to break up a set. I'll keep looking and if I can't find a single then I'll go that route. They have to be mint to match the rest of the interior.

Bruce, I'm going to get up to the Pavillions in the near future, see you then.

thanks
