Default Goodyear tire question

I know this is the 2nd design polyglas tire. Did anyone use this as a factory installed tire? Thanks

No info, but I had those on a '70 Nova Daily Driver back in 1990. They were pretty old tires back when I was running them. Found a pair of F-70-14s in the back room of a local goodyear store and got a good deal on them. Had Kelly supercharger G-60-14 bias plys on the rear with similar big block lettering.

I don't recall ever seeing anything like that OEM.

Those were never an OEM application. The large open lettering like that came about on the same time frame as the Flexten radial GT used on the '78 pace car Vette and the Dodge little red express.
