I'll be up in KY and PA for a couple months this summer and am considering going to the Goodguys show in Columbus, but wasn't sure if it was worth the 2+ hour drive.
Anyone here been who can give me an idea if it's worth the drive? Thanks.

If you've never been there before I'd say it's definitely worth the 2 hour drive. I've been there 4 times in the last ten years and it's about a 4 hour drive for me. Go on Saturday if you go. A lot of the cars don't come back on Sunday. There are usually about 3,000 cars there. There aren't a lot of muscle cars there, mainly street rods and tri-fives. There are maybe 100 or so show quality cars and the rest are drivers. Luckily most of the top cars are parked in the same area. If you go on Sunday all the award winners are parked together and then they have a winners parade at the end of the show.

There's also a good show in Dublin that weekend. Normally they have been the same weekend in the past. Not sure this year. It's the Immke arthritis foundation show. I would guess they have 1000 cars of all makes. There are a mix of muscles cars to vintage packards. It's July 10-12. It's my favorite show to go look.

Thanks a lot. Bill, are you in that area? I'll be staying down by Ironton, OH, and I know there are a few smaller cruises down there but wasn't sure if there was something a little further out. Thanks mrays as well.
