I'm not a Mopar guy but this could be a great started car for a Hemi.

Forgive me for offering a counterpoint, but I'm tired of every Barracuda under God's sun being turned into some kind of clone.
In this car's case, it looks to be a Gran Coupe, which is a deluxe Barracuda with standard leather-trimmed interior and other fancy trim. Top motor was a 383 although I don't know what this car came with (340 was not available). Sometimes it's nice to see cars left alone. |

It's a 318 car,the 340 progragh&/or hood have been added at some point.I'm not a mopar guy either, but I don't think you could get a rallye hood on a grande coupe.I'd put the proper V/C's & intake manifold & air cleaner back on it & it would be a nice driver.I know I've never seen one before anywhere.

The hood may have been optional mid-year but not sure about that. Certainly for 1971 it was available.
