working on a 69 camaro - garnet red car with red interior, convert!
the header (bar across the top of the windshield) was painted inside and outside the body color of the car during paint, as i believe it is a correct process. After installation of the header trim, from the inside of the car there is about a 2 inch strip running teh length of the header that is exposed. I was wondering, does that get the interior paint (red suede finish) like the dash top OR does it get blacked out OR is the body color correct ? appreciate any insight to this - especially an orig non black interior cars) . thanks again syc for space and time.
