Can someone tell me if the part 3635529 is for a 4 3/4 or 5 '' bolt pattern. He thinks the casting date reads 1967. They are the chrome SS.
Thanks, Jim |

Thanks mr.4sp! I was afraid that number might be a patent number. It's casted on one of the inside spokes like a part number.
He sent me a picture of the casting date, and it looks not to be 1967, but rather 1964 or 1961. |

All Cragars from day one have the month/day/year date of manufacture stamped on the inside of the steel rim-the part that is covered by the tire. Are the tires still on the wheels?
The bolt circle diameter is also molded in the recessed lug nut pocket on the backside of each wheel. 4.50 4.75 etc and there is no date code other than 1964 on the cast center section. The center section stayed the same from the mid 60's to late 70's (for direct bolt pattern wheels-not unilug) Hope this helps. |
