I remember this car, I tried to buy it back in 02 I think when he put it on Ebay but I couldn't come up with enough funds. For some reason, I'm thinking the partial VIN in the trans was 1 digit off from the VIN but I might be mixing up cars. Great color combination.

Hello all, Idiot friend here--again.
THANKS for all your positive comments about my purchase. I purchased it from the brother of "George" whom bought it from the ebay ad. Unfortunetely George lost his battle with cancer two years ago, thus the reason for the sale. Thank you "MR.70" for your online history of the car. I had not seen that before. "Jeff H" is also correct that one of the digits is incorrect on the M22 trans--oh well. [img]<<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/shocked.gif[/img] I'm not aware of the born with engine but do own a #512 CE block that will eventually be used if nothing else surfaces.
