I believe this is being discussed in another thread. It looks like most everything but the body is left. This is up for debate but I think most restorations these days have most body panels replaced anyway(there are many exceptions). Looks like a great honest project to me. Very rusty but mostly there. It may take a survivor 6 cylinder to use the doors, fenders, decklid, etc, etc, but the body could be saved without a rebody. Especially is it was a guy with skills doing the work himself. It would be an awesome series of magazine articles to follow the resto. It a panel need replacement, it needs replacement. It does not matter if it is hit, partially rusted, fully rusted, or gone. At least there is not a roof to replace.

If you look close in one of the pics you can see the keys are even rusted out.
