i think as long as it is listed as being "rebodied" it is ok. A rebody doesnt make it a clone in my eyes because you are saving everything from the existing vehicle and giving it another chance at life. Thats kind of why Dynacorn brought the bodies to the market.. I understand people having an issue with a rebody, but sometimes it is more cost effective to go that route instead of replacing all of the steel piece by piece

Not trying to stir up too much here, but...
First, yes, the seller is to be commended for being honest in the description. My question is: Typically, when a car is rebodied, are the hidden partials cut out of the old body and welded in the new? Obviously the vin plate can be swapped easily enough. Seems that there is really no way 100% legal way to do this absent obtaining a state issued vin.
