Pavilions Cruise AND 83rd Ave Cruise Pics 1/29/11

What a gorgeous day to do some cruising. Only thing that stood in my way was the 101 Loop eastbound was closed today, so my route to the Pavilions was mostly surface roads. Not wanting to deal with the stress of driving the Chevelle through crowded Phoenix surface roads, I decided to take my daily driver. For the most part, I only had to deal with one short-timed traffic light and some stop and go traffic as the result of two accidents along the way. In fact, I thought I was pretty lucky until I arrived at the Pavilions where a lady in a white Caravan made a right turn in front of me from the suicide lane! Luckily there was no contact. Stupid %#XX@!

Saw Sam's Roof Deuce (no Sam), Sizzler Wayne's Cuda (no Wayne), Shawn, Dave O in his TA (driving through I guess), and a few other folks who's names I still can't remember. Saw Colin, but he looked like he was on a mission.


I guess the Metlife Blimp was on the way to the PGA tournament
