Default Original 69 Camaro control arms

I have a friend that has a set of NOS 1969 control arms. The upper arms have the ball joints bolted in. Has anyone ever seen orignal NOS control arms with bolted ball joints? Just double checking...thanks in advance.

the bolt in ball joints are the later, service replacement style, likely the superceeded part number from the Nova

Sounds fishy to me. I ordered and stocked many of them in my 15 years in the parts business. Never saw bolted-in ball joints. The main reason guys bought new was to get riveted ball joints.

They were not furnished with bumper, bushings or shaft BTW.
