Default Print an entire thread

How can you print an entire thread - all pages, other than cut & paste into Word or something?

I think if you take a thread link and add &page=all
at the end of the number=xxx you'll get everything in one post, and maybe you could hit print then?

For example:

https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/ubbt...392&page=1 gets you to the 1st page of the thread

This here brings the whole thread on one page:

https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/ubbt...2&page=all

But sometimes I print things out and pictures get truncated. It might be best to pring them to a PDF, since you may be able to configure a different page size so things don't get cut off.

Did I kinda help, or was this obvious already?

Depending on what browser you are using it will also change your options. I normally browse with Google Chrome but for printing entire internet page screens an older version of IE is much easier.
After you are at your full page (viewing entire thread as directed above) you can just right click to print preview and adjust margins, header, footer and select the exact portion of the thread by page number or print the entire thread.

or 1) first install printer, then 2) get a fifth grader.

Where's that fifth grader?

I tried to print an entire thread from another site today and ended up with 67 pages! There were only 47 entries in the thread, but quite a few pics and I DID print them landscape vs. portrait so I expected a FEW more sheets. Of the 67 pages, only 29 had any print! Why do I get 38 blank pages?????????

FWIW I'm using Firefox.

Marlin: find the link to your thread in the forumdisplay, hit "all" after the page numbers, then look at the top of the thread display for "Topic Options" then select "print"...that will put it in a printable [read, "managable"] formet.

What if it doesn't have the "All" option? I'd love to print out my 112 page thread but it seems the longer threads don't have the "All" tab anymore.

When the page looks like this: https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/ubbt...5&page=112

Delete the "112" at the end of the link and type in "all"

https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/ubbt...5&page=all

FYI....I tried it and it locked my computer up 'cause there are soooo many pages.

Hope that helps, Kurt

LOL!

There are MANY days I wish I had a "fifth grader"!

Last year while at the GTO Nats, a young man absolutely fell in love with Bill's Bobcat and asked if we would "adopt" him.

I just had one question for him..."do you know computers?"
