Default 69 RS COPO Restoration

All goes well in the resto of my 69 RS COPO https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/ubbt...290&page=1
Just a quick question for the pros as I am unsure which way to go. Sould I powder coat the underside and drive train components for durability or should I go with stock style paint? Likewise, stock style overspray on the exhaust manifolds, etc. or go with the "over-restored" look. I see COPOs done both ways. Thanks and much appreciated.
