There were no ORGANE or ORGANGE car made by Chevrolet.
There were a few that got painted ORANGE.

I know of 4 or 5 real cars in existence today. No idea how many were built originally but rest assured it was not very many.

Only Chevrolet or Fisher Body can answer this,and they don't even know..
I know of 11 that originally received it,so far.
On 1970 Chevelles,it was a special order color known as #926-99616 Monaco Orange,even Lucite #5021LM Funk Orange.
