67s just as 68 and 69 had the 8 track located on the Console lid as well according to the 67 Assembly Manuel by late January of 67. Dealerships were mounting them in that spot before
that! Here is a Vintage Pic from a mag. This car has the optional Console clock others had gauges. |

The only one I have ever seen was at the front of the console.
