Will purchase with or without idler pulley

No reproduction stuff...Please!!!

How can you tell if it's a repo?

The dimensions of the bracket are off...
The repop bracket are about 1/8 of an inch taller than the originals...therefore the idler pulley does not align well with the waterpump pulley...
