Default Enclosed Shipping

I've got a "new" car coming and it needs to be shipped from Long Island to Mass. Does anyone on the site know anybody who does enclosed shipping of cars? I've gotten quotes from Intercity Lines, Horseless Carriage, Passport/FedEx, Extreme Trucking and one or two others. Any thoughts? Prices have gone up a lot since the last time I did this...
