66 Chevelle Cowl Tag Questions

Two questions:

1 - The paint code is R - R. What does that decode to?

2 - On the bottom of the tag below the trim it says 2L. What does that mean.

R-R = Regal Red top and bottom. In other words, no vinyl top

2L = 4 speed manual transmission
