GM factory wheels code help !?

Can I get a lesson on decoding GM factory wheel date codes? Cutlass, buick chrome 5 spoke, pontiac 5 spoke, camaro. Codes near valve stem and codes stamped on barrel covered once tire is installed. Thanks Tommy
