Default Magazines

I subscribe to a very popular "Chevy" magazine and have been a subscriber since 1991. I get a little upset, being a novice "restorer", and reading about the projects done at home. Not that I'm against it, but when you read the total article, it states that such and such was farmed out and this was done in a body shop elsewhere. I know I am being a little picky here, but I for one have done everything I can, so far, in the home garage. The only things that I haven't done in the home garage is the machine work to the engine and underbody sand blasting. I know most people don't have the place or the machinery to do all of this at home, but can they please stop misleading people. I know it was not like this in the past. I have read hundreds of articles where someone states correctly what has been done to the car and where, not that the 2yr project was completed at home and then you find out that it has been done elsewhere. Just had to Vent! Anyone else notice some of these discrepancies in magazine articles?
