'70 Chevelle shoulder belts

I am looking for a pair of black shoulder belts and all mounting hardware for my '70 SS. I got a $124 ticket for not having them.

The same weekend a friend going to the same show received 2 (one for his wife)for $124 each from the same cop for not having his shoulder belts down and clicked!!!

All cars built after 1/1/68 must have shoulder belts in Wa. Apparently they have caught all the drug dealers and bank robbers and have nothing better to do.
