Tacky Sticky Steering Wheel

Anybody got a way to deal with sticky steering wheels? Got a nice 70's Camaro 4 spoke wheel, but it is sticky or tacky maybe a better word. Searched the posts and did not find anything previous on this. Just curious if anyone has a solution...besides getting another wheel...LOL. Thanks.
