Correct Jack for 1967 Chevelle

Does anyone have pictures of a original jack assembly for a 1967 Chevelle?
I have a shaft with the jack mechanism and on the rivet its marked OF and patent# 3163925.
The shaft is 32 3/8 long.
Is this correct for 1967 Chevelle?
