1970 396 temperature sending switch - no gauges

Does anyone know the part number for the water temperature switch for a November 69 build date for a 396 with idiot lights?Is there any identtifying marks or a part number stmaped on the switch? Is it suppose to be a prong,pin or treaded type for the electrical connection.
