I saw it on Ebay about two years or so ago... the problem is that no conventional lender would finance that property with out a EPA clearance. At some point and time someone from the EPA is going to want some soil samples off the property...all those cars seeping engine and gear oil...coolant.... I could see the cleanup costing more than the land.

Knowing the EPA, it would end up as a superfund site, with our tax $$$ being used to clean it up.
Even worse, they would scrap everything that wasn't nailed down as being the cause for the pollution. ![]() The owner would be better off to just sell the parts, abandon the land, and let the state worry about it.

the pictures are getting better, a drop-top Chevy II, an early Cuda w/AC, a 65 Nova wagon and a Pontiac with some nice leather bucket seats.
