Need help identifying air cleaner

I have had this air cleaner so long I don't remember what it was for - but it must have been special why else would I have saved it? Yeah right!

I'm thinking late sixties BB Chevelle, but a friend said he thinks vette LT-1.

Its stamped on the bottom of the chrome top - use AC
a212cw filter.

Its spring clean out time and I'd like to list it on E-bay - but I don't want to misrepresent.

It looks like it's for a stock Hi-rise BB,pre 1970 before the low rise intake came out.

Looks real close to the one on the 69 427 Vette I had
