Default Holes in Camaro trunkpan

Inspecting and cleaning our trunk revealed a series of holes. Drivers side forward shelf, 4 holes at 1" square. Also drivers side 2 holes 6" apart just to inside and back of wheelwell, corresponding 2 holes on pasenger side. Passenger side 3 holes in triangle arrangement. Are any of these holes standard or possibly for exhaust hangers earlier. What is the correct splatter color, aqua black, gray white or some other?? Also does anyone have an extra shock cap for the driverside? Thanks, Jim

Default Re: Holes in Camaro trunkpan

Black and Aqua trunk color.I've seen more holes drilled for race car stuff in trunks than I'd care to repair. I might be going out on a limb but I dont think the factory would punch holes in the trunk because of exhaust fumes and possible fires inside the cab in case of a wreck.... could be wrong though. I've got a wrecked parts car and I'll look and see if I've the part you need and email you... Brent
