Not a known date and the stamp doesn't compare favorably from others around that time.

Curious. How many "years ago"? Just wondering how far back the restamps go.

Can't speak for this particular Alternator,but I've witnessed re-stamped parts as far back as the late 1970's,as well as entire cloned Super Sports,Z-28's etc.
