If you are talking the floor pans, that is paint overspray and depicts what it looked like from the factory.

love the tripower setup on big block chevys and the cragars are oh so right on this car! never saw cheater slicks with the double red stripes and checkered on the outside diameter? righteous car!!!!!!!!!!

great car and owner is one of the nicest people you could meet. RESTORATION - SCW - the best in the business of restoring these cars. Hope this car finds a good home. Anyone know how many of these Harrell novas are out there?
