Default Chevy canister mount and oil filter adapter
Oil Filter Canister Base Mount 5573842 and Mr. Gasket 1270 Oil Filter Conversion Kit (and bolts). Converts earlier blocks from a canister to a oil filter. Sorry no gaskets.
$10 includes shipping.

It almost found a new home.
Shipped it in a priority mail box and the box showed up flat, no contents.
