I'm amazed how much you need to spend to get even a halfway decent solid-axle Corvette project these days. This thing looks incredibly rough; the original 327 is long gone, and it's still a $28k ask. Doesn't a mid-thirties price get you into driver territory? Strange market.

I sold my driver 62 about a year ago for 38k and a flipper picked it up and ran like he stole it.
