Snowflakes' codings

Cleaning up 2 Western Wheels 15 x 8 Snowflake rims and I see codes AWM 13-7 with BM 167115 on one rim,
and on the other rim, BWM 13-7 with BM 167119 ..
Any ideas gennemen??
