Default Looking for a clean 70-73 RS Camaro

I'm not worried about drivetrain or originality other than it being a real RS car. I want to make a comfortable custom/touring type of car to cruise with but I don't want to go all out with the pro-touring stuff as I don't have the budget for that.

How clean? this one is on eBay and the price is right and may form the basis for a nice project...needs quarters though:

I saw that car, I'm not looking for something that needs too much work, I'd like to drive it this summer.

Regarding that 73 Z on Flee-bay. I think 245hp in anything would be a (yawn)dull ride.
