Ebay class action suit

I just got a check in the mail today for $41. from ebay and I tried to figure out why I got it. I had no disputes with any sellers or buyers, but I did remember the plaintiff's name from my browsing. I finally found this.

I say Good for those guys! I wonder if their account is being pulled???
