Default 464697 Bell Housing

Hi Guys,

Can you tell me what a 464697 Bell Housing decodes to. Also what is it worth? The one I have is an aluminum bell housing in nice shape.

Thanks,
Dave

I have one of those and I believe it replaced the 621 (for the 11" clutch) and was used in late 70 vettes mostly.

Would they be interchangable between 327 and 427? This one came off a 427 engine.

THanks,
Dave

They sell for around $75-$150. I just recently sold an NOS one for $125 on ebay.

It was used (interchangeably with the 621) on some '78-'81 Corvettes; they used the 14" 168-tooth flywheel and 11" clutch. Works fine on any small-block or big-block.

I pulled one out of a rusty but original 1978 Z28 4 speed car.
