What was the original application for this starter.

What is the date hard to read??? 1108400 was used alot it in 427 and 454 4spd vettes from 68-72.

April 22,1970?? Most likely be a 1970 LS-5 Vette with M-21 Because 1108381 would be the starter for 1970 LS-5 Vette with a M-22 and 1108429 would be a LS-5 Vette with a turbo hydro-matic. Considering that LS-5 was the only 454 offered in 1970 vettes.
