Two engines found tonight....can't find the codes in my book, can someone help me out?

First is:
Reported to be out of Chevelle. Casting number 3955272
Stamped with "Hi Perf Pass" and also has "TG" stamped on it.

Second is:
Reported to be a 427. Casting number is 396985. Date code is F119. Also has GMCOMV1 stamped on it.

Anyone have ideas? Will go back on Saturday to move the heap of farm machinery to get to them to get codes off them.
