7-Last digit of year produced,I believe 1977,as in 1967 this plant & mold # was not operational yet,and by 1987 & into the 1990's McCreary Mfr.had the contract for these and went by CYLD abbreviation.
I have no idea what someone is willing to pay for these today but you might want to ask GTO_DON.
