Here's the slip from my
11.75 run this past weekend...in looking it over, I'm actually *slow* in my second 1/8th mile for some reason? Had I run the same 4.0x second 1/8th mile like I was a few weeks before, I'd have had my 11.6x...not sure if the stiff head wind was to cause, or if I still needed to throw some jet at it?
