Looking for an AHRA Classification Guide/Manual from the late 60s/early '70s. This is NOT the Rule Book, but rather the three ring binder that was issued to Sanctioned strips listing all the current production vehicles, and the class each fell into.
During a discussion with a former racer from our track, we each recalled that a '67, '68 and '69 Z-28 all were placed in different classes. Can't recall why; maybe a weight issue since they were classified according to a Factory advertised HP vs. weight ratio. I thought I still had one or two of my old manuals, but I guess someone did some housecleaning a few years ago!!!
