I know this is a repeatable thread but where in this vast country can you get a show quality bumper redone that isn't going to cost a grand? Here in Chicago there seams to be only hacks left with no attention to detail. I have had a 69 Chevelle rear bumper done three times around here and can't get better than driver quality. Pretty pathetic! Is anybody familiar with the guy on ebay that sells for $140 with your core in exchange. I think he's on the west coast. There has to be a decent shop out there......
