Default Re: Monmouth Car Show

Got home about 10:45, partially unloaded and just sat down to see Ken's work. What a great weekend! THe weather was perfect and the people (as usual) made the event! As Ken said, Giant Kudos to Kenny and Patty Tatman for spearheading another success. Kenny told us Saturday afternoon that they estimated 1700 cars at the Monmouth Cruise this year. Evidently the economy hasn't dampened the spirits of these hobbiests,.................... OR,..................... the crowd has just made a loud & Clear Statement that Mommouth is a Must See Event Every Year, despite the economy!

Even Darren, Adrianna and Gavin came down for the weekend and Gavin made a ton of new friends the past two days. What a Great kid! Judi Stowers said she wants to watch him the next two or three years; Barnhart may meet his match! Thanks to all the Costellos for spending the weekend with us.

And Mr. Tibor was on his game as usual, covering both events and still taking the time to share his constant smile and positive attitude. His "Beater", as he calls it, is a pretty fine machine. I finally took the time to inspect it a little closer Friday evening. Understated, but impressive to say the least. A typical Kwhizz project.

Thanks for taking the time to give everyone a look at this event my friend, and try to take it easy this week........ at least the first part,..................... then ENJOY yourself in Reno!
