If you find a 69 Z/28 with it's original drivetrain and documentation that doesn't need much sheetmetal work for under $22k, I would be quite surprised. The matching drivetrain and/or paperwork requirements are probably going to price you out of the project you're looking for. Just my $.02 Ed
