I think that should read block #3916323.
Released for early assembled 1968 Impala-Camaro-Chevelle-Nova.
Although it came in both 2 & 4 bolt configuration,it looks like the 2-bolt 325Hp-350Hp application from here.
Depending on how far away the buyer is,I'd say so.
