From what I've seen, MA plates of that vintage didn't say 1969 except on the sticker? I've also noticed that the MA plates seemed to change every few years depending on the vintage (unless the original plates stayed with the car or the owner - and newly issued plates changed from year to year). I guess I don't really know what I'm looking for
