Forget the blister-packed "rebuild kits" from the "Help" section with the plain rubber disk and loose nuts and bolts - they're junk, and aren't safe. Either buy a new one, or send yours to Corvette Steering Service (
www.corvettesteering.com) - they can rebuild rag joints correctly, with the right parts.
