I think the problem is your point of view. The Challenger is brand-new, so why not let the vehicle settle in the market and see what happens? At least Dodge doesn't have to engineer an engine for the Challenger - it's already in the portfolio. Its not the motor, they did that right by going to straight to the srt 425hp version.(the only engine choice offered) Its not letting me row my own gears, that is keeping me from buying. Ford did not do that.
